→]]> Hotel is located on Rue du Rivoli across from the Louvre – very convenient location.
Rooms were large and accomodated 3 people comfortably (1 queen and sofa bed (very comfortable). Room was very large considering location.
Front desk staff extremely helpful and provided concierge services. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

→]]> We booked for a long weekend stay after reading Tripadvisor reviews and thankfully booked a superior room which turned out to be on the top floor with two little balconies and the most amazing view of Paris!! The room was comfortable, a little shabby but well serviced. The hotel had left a small bottle of champagne and a fruit basket in the room as it was a special occasion and this was a lovely touch. The weather was beautiful so we drank our champagne on the little balcony overlooking the gardens, the Louve and landmarks across Paris – couldn’t have been better!
The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet, no noise from the road below. The bathroom was adequate, a disappointing shower curtain arrangement and a poor hairdryer but the lighting was good and there was a shaving/make up mirror. There was a mini bar and high quality coffee and tea available.
The ground floor was being renovated so we couldn’t sample the bar and we had breakfast in one of the local cafes – so many to try! The hotel is so well placed to explore by foot – the metro is on the doorstep if you are off to Montmatre or further afield. Theres designer shopping nearby if your wallet can stand it.
To be recommended and would definately go back – fabulous weekend!

→]]> My husband took me to Paris for my 50th birthday in July of this year. We had visited Paris before as chaparones to a large group of teenagers and stayed in a very sketchy 2 star hotel. This time we left the kids at home and took off by ourselves for 2 weeks of fun. The Hotel Brighton was everything I could have wished for. We had a large room on the 4th floor overlooking the Louvre and the gardens. It was perfect! very luxurious and romantic. After 5 days of staying in smaller hotels around Europe with minscue bathrooms I was prepared for yet another tiny bathroom. I was plesantly surprised that the bathroom was very large and had both a roomy shower and a deep soaking tub. We celebrated my birthday night sipping wine in bed while watching the Eiffel Tower twinkling in the background. I can't say enough good things about the hotel, the area, and the staff. I will fondly remember my 50th birthday in Paris. – M. de Californie
