Above everything else we place the quality of service we bring our guests. This involves the level of service, the availability of the team and of course the quality of the facilities and of the comfort in the rooms.
Could you tell us about something that made you feel proud of your team?
Recently, a guest badly hurt his foot while he was visiting Paris. The team made remarkable efforts to help him and make sure the rest of his stay was as pleasant as possible. This natural readiness to help is what makes our team stand out.
