WE SPENT A LOVELY STAY OF FOUR NIGHTS HERE. WE HAVE BEEN BEFORE AND I THINK THE HOTEL IS EVEN BETTER THAN THE LAST TIME. OUR CASES WERE TAKEN IMMEDIATELY ON ARRIVAL AND WE WERE WELCOMED BY THE STAFF. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. WE HAD A COURTYARD ROOM WHICH WAS QUIET AND VERY COMFORTABLE.

My wife and I came for our 20 th anniversary We fell in love with the quaintness of it, not over the top, but just right. Staff was so nice and helpful, especially Mohammed and Guillaume. The locale, right across from the Tuillarie gardens and walking distance to everything, made it better. And the tour de France passing by out front didn't hurt

Cher Monsieur, Chère Madame, En premier lieu, je souhaite sincèrement vous remercier d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre commentaire, à la suite de votre récente visite parmi nous. Nous venons de prendre connaissance en lisant votre commentaire de l’incident qui est survenu dans votre chambre. Nous aurions tant souhaité vous aider, il aurait fallu que vous en fassiez part à la réception dès que vous vous en étiez rendu compte et nous aurions pu faire les recherches nécessaires. Malheureusement, sans preuve, nous restons impuissants. Concernant notre personnel, nous travaillons avec une équipe de toute confiance depuis des années et l’accès au coffre-fort est limité à certains membres du personnel. Nous prenons cependant votre remarque très au sérieux et ne manquerons pas d’être vigilants.
